We are not obliged to share the intelligence and risk assessment report with you, nor have the obligation to explain the reasons for rejection.

4. When you subscribe to the bonds we will require a certified subscription document with a board resolution (signed on hard copy in blue wet ink) as well as a declaration of origin and history of funds from your bank. We will require also a Non-Operative SWIFT MT199 Proof of Funds from your bank. Subscriptions delivered after the closing of the Offering Period will not be accepted.

Financial Calendar

In accordance with the Articles 461-1, 461-7, and 461-8 of the Luxemburg Companies Law, Lux Real Estate Investments SA is obliged to publish its annual accounts on an annual basis following their approval by the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders.

Lux Real Estate Investments SA financial year begins on January 1st  of each year and ends on December 31st  of the same year. The aforementioned applies mutatis mutandis to each Compartment under Lux Real Estate Investments SA.

Lux Real Estate Investments SA will, at the latest fifteen (15) days prior to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders make the audited annual accounts and financial statements available on this website under the label "DATA ROOM"

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders takes place each year on the 15th of April at 12.00 pm or, if such day is not a Banking Day, the next following Banking Day at 12.00 pm at the registered office of Lux Real Estate Investments SA or at such other place in Luxembourg as may be specified in the convening notice.
